What type of pattern will be the tile be laid in?

$ - When a straight, standard pattern is laid.

$$ - When a border or special inlay is installed.

Does the flooring need to be sealed?

$0 – When there is no sealant applied.

$$ - When the tile flooring is sealed to prevent water damage.
